Before taking on his leadership role at DayOne, Nhan worked as a software engineer at FPT Software and FPT IS, two of Vietnam's largest and most prominent information technology service companies. During his tenure there, he honed his technical expertise while gaining valuable experience working on high-impact projects. Nhan was also a pioneer in the realm of business digital transformation, where he played a crucial role in helping organizations transition to digital platforms, enhancing their operational capabilities, and improving overall business efficiency, earning him a reputation as a skilled Business Operational Efficiency Consultant.
