We are looking for an experienced Account Executive/ Sales Executive with a strong background in B2B sales to join us during this exciting period of rapid growth. This is a key position working directly with the C-Level team, responsible for solution consulting, closing deals, and driving revenue growth from existing clients. RESPONSIBILITY

  • Provide solution consulting and present products/services based on client needs.
  • Prepare quotations and commercial proposals, and negotiate contract terms.
  • Close deals and hand over to relevant teams for implementation.
  • Collaborate with C-Level leadership to maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and resolve issues during service usage.
  • Renew contracts, propose upgrades, and expand contract scope (upsell/cross-sell).
  • Leverage existing clients for referrals and new business opportunities.
  • Update data in the CRM system and track sales performance and pipeline status.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 3 -4 years of experience in B2B sales or account management/customer success in IT field.
  • Experience working with corporate clients is a plus.
  • Strong consulting, communication, and negotiation skills in English.
  • Customer-centric mindset and professional attitude.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and work directly with senior management (C-level).
  • Proactive, persistent, and results-driven.
  • Strong skills in task management, client management, and team coordination.
