We are looking for an experienced Account Executive/ Sales Executive with a strong background in B2B sales to join us during this exciting period of rapid growth. This is a key position working directly with the C-Level team, responsible for solution consulting, closing deals, and driving revenue growth from existing clients. RESPONSIBILITY
- Provide solution consulting and present products/services based on client needs.
- Prepare quotations and commercial proposals, and negotiate contract terms.
- Close deals and hand over to relevant teams for implementation.
- Collaborate with C-Level leadership to maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients.
- Monitor client satisfaction and resolve issues during service usage.
- Renew contracts, propose upgrades, and expand contract scope (upsell/cross-sell).
- Leverage existing clients for referrals and new business opportunities.
- Update data in the CRM system and track sales performance and pipeline status.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 -4 years of experience in B2B sales or account management/customer success in IT field.
- Experience working with corporate clients is a plus.
- Strong consulting, communication, and negotiation skills in English.
- Customer-centric mindset and professional attitude.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and work directly with senior management (C-level).
- Proactive, persistent, and results-driven.
- Strong skills in task management, client management, and team coordination.
