We are seeking a Client Success (Account Manager) to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensure project success, and drive business growth. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, experience in B2B sales, and the ability to manage client needs effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Grow and nurture relationships with existing clients to enhance retention and upsell opportunities.
- Work closely with the Project Manager (PM) to oversee client projects and ensure successful execution.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to improve their experience.
- Create and present project proposals aligned with client requirements.
- Actively seek and engage potential new clients and projects during idle periods.
- Conduct regular meetings and updates with clients to discuss project progress and deliverables.
- Manage and document client interactions, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
- Identify potential risks and challenges in client relationships and implement solutions proactively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in B2B IT/software/consulting sales.
- Fluent English-speaking skills (essential for video calls and face-to-face meetings with clients).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in managing client relationships and driving business growth.
- Ability to analyze client needs and propose effective solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Decision-making capabilities to address client concerns and ensure satisfaction.
