Senior Business Development / Account Specialist

Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and develop B2B clients in the IT/software industry
Build and expand strategic partner networks
Consult and propose suitable technology solutions based on client needs
Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting → consulting → negotiation → closing
Maintain and grow long-term relationships with clients
Achieve sales targets and drive business growth
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Sales / B2B Sales
Strong alignment with Integrity and High-agency values (ownership, proactiveness)
Good English communication skills, especially speaking
Strong problem-solving mindset
Experience in B2B Sales, preferably in IT/Software/Outsourcing
Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and pipeline management skills
Proactive, persistent, and results-oriented
