Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and develop B2B clients in the IT/software industry
  • Build and expand strategic partner networks
  • Consult and propose suitable technology solutions based on client needs
  • Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting → consulting → negotiation → closing
  • Maintain and grow long-term relationships with clients
  • Achieve sales targets and drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Sales / B2B Sales
  • Strong alignment with Integrity and High-agency values (ownership, proactiveness)
  • Good English communication skills, especially speaking
  • Strong problem-solving mindset
  • Experience in B2B Sales, preferably in IT/Software/Outsourcing
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and pipeline management skills
  • Proactive, persistent, and results-oriented
