Key Responsibilities
Identify, build, and maintain relationships with potential partners in international markets.
Proactively approach, connect, and expand the B2B partner network.
Monitor partnership progress to ensure smooth collaboration and business effectiveness.
Maintain long-term relationships and strengthen engagement with existing partners.
Collaborate closely with the Sales team to convert partnership opportunities into revenue.
Build and manage a partnership pipeline while tracking partnership performance.
Prepare and update regular reports on partnership activities and performance.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Partnership, Business Development, or B2B Sales roles.
Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proactive, quick to adapt, and business growth-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently as well as cross-functionally with different teams.
Strong pipeline management and task-tracking skills.
Prior experience in the IT industry is highly preferred.
Fluent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
