Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the partnership lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, Technical, and Operations) to ensure smooth implementation and resolve arising issues.
  • Support the client onboarding process, guiding clients in adopting and effectively utilizing products and services.
  • Monitor client performance, feedback, and satisfaction levels to continuously improve service experience.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion with existing clients.
  • Track project progress and ensure deliverables are completed according to commitments.
  • Prepare regular reports on client status and customer success performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Client Success, Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, or Customer Service roles.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and organize work effectively.
  • A customer-centric mindset with strong follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience in IT/Software/SaaS/Odoo/Website Development is highly preferred.
  • Fluent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
