We are seeking a Client Success to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensure project success, and drive business growth. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, experience in B2B sales, and the ability to manage client needs effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing (mainly international) clients.
- Work closely with the PM and tech teams to follow up on project progress and ensure delivery quality.
- Support the preparation of project documents, proposals, and client communications.
- Join client meetings, handle feedback, and support basic problem-solving in English.
- Assist in identifying upsell opportunities and expanding collaboration when applicable.
Requirements:
- Good English communication skills (speaking, writing, listening).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, International Trade, IT, or related fields.
- At least 6 months -1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or project-related roles.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and logical thinking.
- Passionate about technology and willing to learn more about software development and project workflows.
Nice to have (not required):
- Experience working in B2B or with international clients.
- Familiarity with software development models (Agile/Scrum).
- Ability to use tools such as Google Docs, Notion, Jira, Lark Base...
