We are looking for a Digital Transformation / Technology Consultant who possesses deep knowledge of digital transformation and a strong professional network across multiple industries. This role bridges sales, consulting, and delivery, providing strategic insights to clients, supporting business growth, and helping secure long-term partnerships.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Client Advisory & Consulting
- Assess clients’ business challenges and identify digital transformation opportunities.
- Provide strategic recommendations on technology adoption, process optimization, and digital roadmap development.
- Deliver industry insights, best practices, and technology trends to support client decision-making.
- Participate in solution design to ensure alignment with client business goals.
2. Sales Support & Business Growth
- Collaborate with Account Executives to understand client needs and propose suitable digital solutions.
- Support pre-sales activities including client meetings, presentations, solution positioning, and proposal development.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Help negotiate and structure long-term contracts and strategic partnerships.
3. Delivery Alignment
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure solutions meet client expectations and business outcomes.
- Provide domain knowledge and strategic guidance throughout project execution.
- Act as a trusted advisor to maintain strong client relationships and ensure long-term engagement.
4. Network & Market Development
- Leverage an existing professional network across industries to generate new business opportunities.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, digital trends, and industry transformation practices.
- Represent the company in industry events, forums, and client engagements when needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Transformation, Technology Consulting, Solution Consulting, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation areas such as:
- Enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.)
- Process automation
- Cloud, data, or system integration
- Business process optimization
- Proven experience working across pre-sales, consulting, and project delivery stages.
- Established professional network across multiple industries is highly preferred.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to link technology solutions to business value.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with enterprise or mid-to-large clients is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in long-cycle B2B sales or enterprise solution consulting.
- Ability to influence decision-makers at C-level.
- Familiarity with industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics, Finance, or Services.
- Experience with digital transformation frameworks or methodologies.
