We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Agile Team. You will work with other Agile teams to enhance our quality processes. Your primary objective will be to ensure the quality of the product and provide consultancy on QA processes and knowledge for others.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and resolve project issues, ensuring effective communication with planners and product owners.
• Develop and implement checklists, test cases, procedures, reports, and defect logs, including bug analysis.
• Manage and execute testing according to the plan, providing clear results and reports.
• Prepare necessary test data.
• Participate in Scrum events (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective).
• Contribute to product enhancement by providing input on user stories and usability feedback.
• Coordinate with internal development teams for efficient task completion.
• Provide consultancy on QA processes and share knowledge with the team.

Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills with experience in a matrix organization.
• Over 5 years of solid understanding of various testing types and techniques (e.g., API testing, performance testing, mobile application testing).
• Experience with Agile methodology and project/test management tools (Jira, Confluence, TestRail).
• Proficient in working with Desktop and Mobile browsers, including browser inspector tools.
• Positive mindset with logical thinking and strong business analysis skills.
• Open-minded and flexible in adapting project processes.
• Self-starter, willing to contribute wherever needed.
• Knowledge of automated testing platforms.
