We are seeking The Product Manager (PM) will be responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing software projects. Candidates should have strong communication skills, the ability to analyze requirements, and effectively manage time and budgets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers that will handle the development of client products through several phases.
- Talk with clients, listen to their needs and advise them with new ideas, insights and solution proposals to make the products better overtime.
- Plan, schedule, and track timelines, milestones, and deliverables of the solution proposal we made for clients.
- Conduct status update and demo meetings to show progress and deliverables.
- Collaborate with the development team and clients to manage and document the product logics and requirements.
- Manage risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage project budget, scope, and resources.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including team members, clients, and management.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills, capable of participating in video calls and face-to-face meetings with clients.
- Preferred experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Product Owner in software development projects.
- A balanced mindset between customer service and product ownership.
- Proven experience in managing software product development.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Own a personal laptop.
- Available to start work immediately.
