We are looking for a B2B Sales Executive – Software Solutions to help grow our client base and revenue. You will identify and engage potential clients, deliver tailored software/IT solutions, and work with our technical team to ensure successful implementation. Responsibilities:

  • Search for, approach, and build relationships with potential B2B clients.
  • Consult and present the company’s software/IT service solutions that best fit customer needs.
  • Manage and develop the customer pipeline from initial contact to contract closure.
  • Participate in preparing quotations, solution proposals, and negotiating contract terms.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure service implementation meets commitments.
  • Follow up and provide after-sales care to maintain relationships and explore upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Report progress, sales results, and propose solutions to improve sales performance.

Requirements:

  • College/University degree, preferably in Business, IT, Management, or related fields.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in software or IT services.
  • Basic knowledge of software products/services, ERP, CRM, SaaS solutions, or enterprise management systems.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Solution-oriented mindset, persistence, and strong motivation to achieve sales targets.
