Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and build long-term relationships with enterprise clients (both mid-sized and large corporations).
- Leverage your strong business network to generate qualified leads and close outsourcing project deals.
- Engage and work directly with C-level executives to present solutions, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts.
- Develop and deliver quotations, proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs.
- Act as a consultant to clients, nurturing relationships and providing the right solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including project follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to align solutions with client requirements.
Requirements
- Proven track record in selling large outsourcing/IT service deals to enterprise clients.
- Strong network with corporate clients across industries.
- Experience in working with C-level executives.
- Excellent skills in proposal building, pitching, presenting, and negotiating.
- Consulting mindset with the ability to nurture client relationships long-term.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written; experience working with international clients (US, EU, AU markets).
- Mature, patient, and professional personality.
