Ensure software sales by actively developing and nurturing strong customer relationships, providing expert consultation, and delivering tailored solutions that effectively meet their specific needs and requirements.
Responsibilities
- Seek potential customers, maintain and expand the Company's customer network.
- Contact, build relationships with customers. Capture customer information promptly and report to superiors when there are changes from customers related to product usage.
- Determine customer requirements, advise and introduce products/technology solutions to customers.
- Evaluate business opportunities, develop plans for projects/customers. Negotiate, sign and urge implementation contracts.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, perform after-sales care activities and resolve customer complaints.
- Deploy other tasks as requested by superiors.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in sales, consulting,..., or a related field. Throughout the working process, there will be in-depth product training.
- Priority is given to candidates who have experience in software sales and are knowledgeable about information technology products, services and projects.
- Skills: ability to work under pressure, sales skills, negotiation skills, communication skills, good problem solving, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Sensitive, proactive in researching and learning to master knowledge about products and services.
- Have a sense of responsibility, honesty and initiative in work.
