Tang Cong Hao is the visionary founder and Chief Executive Officer of DayOne Software Technology, a company he established in 2019. With a deep passion for innovation and technology, he has successfully guided the company through rapid growth, focusing on delivering cutting-edge software solutions for a wide range of clients, from startups to global enterprises.

Before founding DayOne, Tang Cong Hao accumulated over a decade of experience at Chief Technology Officer level, where he was instrumental in building and overseeing the development of advanced web applications, mobile applications, and comprehensive digital platforms. His expertise extends across various industries and geographies, including projects based in the United States, Europe, Australia, Japan, and beyond.

Previously, he held the key positions of both engineering manager and project manager at Rakuten Inc., one of the world's leading e-commerce and tech companies. In these roles, he demonstrated his leadership by scaling and managing large, diverse technical teams, driving major projects to successful completion, and ensuring that technical operations aligned seamlessly with business objectives.

In addition to his corporate roles, Tang Cong Hao also co-founded and successfully scaled a consulting agency to over 50 employees, further honing his business acumen and leadership skills. This experience laid a strong foundation for the eventual creation of DayOne Software Technology, where he continues to lead with a focus on innovation, product strategy, and technical excellence.

As CEO of DayOne, he is not only responsible for overseeing architecture design and building large-scale systems, but also plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s overall product strategy, ensuring that every solution is tailored to meet the evolving needs of its clients. His dedication to both the technical and strategic aspects of the business has made him one of the respected leaders in the tech industry.
