As a Business Director for Vietnam market, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our consulting business within your designated market territory. As a senior role in the firm, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients and nurturing long-term client relationships. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the market strategy, ultimately contributing to the firm’s reputation and growth.
Responsibilities:
Manage sales and marketing activities:
- Identify, pursue, and secure new clients in Vietnam market.
- Develop and implement strategies for market penetration and client acquisition.
- Manage marketing campaigns in Vietnam market.
- Lead proposal development and contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with client needs and firm capabilities.
Manage client relationship:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
- Provide strategic advice and insights to clients, positioning the firm as a trusted advisor.
Grow partner network:
- Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and leverage relationships to generate business opportunities.
Requirement:
- Smart, ambitious, matured and professional.
- Proven track record in business development and have least 3 years in leadership position in B2B sales & consulting in IT/software/digital transformation/consulting - and making deal with high value clients
- Had experience in building and scale sales team & process, build relationship with partners, manage performance marketing campaigns and follow-up with project delivery.
- Have strong business network and know how to grow it over-time.
- Good english speaking communication, can handle international clients when needed.
- Graduate from top university in business management, economy, foreign trading, finance, operation, etc. - an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
