RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Digital Transformation & Solution Consulting (70%)

• Assessment & Analysis: Engage with clients to understand their business challenges, operational pain points, and process bottlenecks.
• Solution Design: Recommend digital transformation roadmaps and appropriate tech solutions (ERP, CRM, Cloud, Process Automation, System Integration, etc.).
• Client Engagement & Delivery Support: Present technical/strategic insights, address client queries, and work closely with delivery teams to ensure project success.

2. Business Development & Networking (30%)

• Lead Generation via Network: Utilize and expand your professional network across various industries to identify potential business opportunities.
• Sales Support: Partner with Account Executives in meetings, deliver solutions presentations, and assist in developing proposals to close deals.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Technology Consulting, Pre-sales, Business Analysis (BA), or B2B Solution Sales.
• Career Orientation: Strong passion for technology and consulting, with a desire/readiness to participate in sales and business development.
• Professional Network: Broad network or strong networking skills to build relationships across industries (Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics, Finance, etc.).
• Language Skills: Good conversational English (capable of communicating with foreign clients/partners).
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of digital transformation domains (ERP, CRM, Cloud, Automation, System Integration).
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
