Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, build, and maintain relationships with potential partners in international markets.
  • Proactively approach, connect, and expand the B2B partner network.
  • Monitor partnership progress to ensure smooth collaboration and business effectiveness.
  • Maintain long-term relationships and strengthen engagement with existing partners.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to convert partnership opportunities into revenue.
  • Build and manage a partnership pipeline while tracking partnership performance.
  • Prepare and update regular reports on partnership activities and performance.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Partnership, Business Development, or B2B Sales roles.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, quick to adapt, and business growth-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as cross-functionally with different teams.
  • Strong pipeline management and task-tracking skills.
  • Prior experience in the IT industry is highly preferred.
  • Fluent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
