Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the partnership lifecycle.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, Technical, and Operations) to ensure smooth implementation and resolve arising issues.
Support the client onboarding process, guiding clients in adopting and effectively utilizing products and services.
Monitor client performance, feedback, and satisfaction levels to continuously improve service experience.
Proactively identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion with existing clients.
Track project progress and ensure deliverables are completed according to commitments.
Prepare regular reports on client status and customer success performance.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Client Success, Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, or Customer Service roles.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and organize work effectively.
A customer-centric mindset with strong follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Prior experience in IT/Software/SaaS/Odoo/Website Development is highly preferred.
Fluent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
