We are an outsourcing and technology services company, providing software development solutions for clients worldwide. We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who has strong connections with enterprise clients, a consulting mindset, and the ability to close large-scale deals. Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and build long-term relationships with enterprise clients (both mid-sized and large corporations).
  • Leverage your strong business network to generate qualified leads and close outsourcing project deals.
  • Engage and work directly with C-level executives to present solutions, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts.
  • Develop and deliver quotations, proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs.
  • Act as a consultant to clients, nurturing relationships and providing the right solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including project follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to align solutions with client requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in selling large outsourcing/IT service deals to enterprise clients.
  • Strong network with corporate clients across industries.
  • Experience in working with C-level executives.
  • Excellent skills in proposal building, pitching, presenting, and negotiating.
  • Consulting mindset with the ability to nurture client relationships long-term.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written; experience working with international clients (US, EU, AU markets).
  • Mature, patient, and professional personality.
